Breakfast was excellent saw the rest of the group there are 21 Teachers and Administrators from Ann Arbor Public Schools visiting Singapore to learn STEAM Curriculum.. all spread out enjoying their morning cuisine. My roommate Diana and I went sight seeing after a good breakfast. we walked over an hour through our hotel to get to the 3 malls located near by. Marina Square, Suntec city and Raffles City.

We walked and walked for over an hour and finally made our way back to the hotel.. went back to the room.. to chill and recoup... had to meet the group by 1 or 12( found out it was 12 at 12:30) to exchange our currency in the mall .. we were late found the group at 12:30 went to money exchange... and then off to conqueror the mall again with Diana, Tank and Amy. we did a little bit better this time at getting lost but not for long, How many Ann Arbor Public school teachers who are directionally challenged, does it take to get lost in a mall? 4

back from dinner.... Had chili Crab a must have when visiting Singapore and a nine course dinner .. fried fish smothered in sweet and sour sauce, fried wings, chopped lobster on a bed of mandarin oranges and green gelatin, fried fish on sweet and sour sauce hot sweet and sour soup, Cray fish, broccoli a fried rice, chili crab and a mango pudding for desert . All the dishes emerged and had their own distinctive taste... great cuisine, very pleasant company and conversation as we shared things about our lives . Tomorrow adds another chapter to Singapore STEAM as we embrace the unknown of STEAM Education
